About

Anne is an illustrator and proud mom of 2. She helps visualize and validate what others feel but don't always say. Her cards are a love letter to caregivers, everywhere.

An Origin Story

I always knew I wanted to be a mom.  When the time came to make that happen, it didn’t happen.

We were diagnosed with unexplained infertility, and went through 4 rounds of unsuccessful IUI’s. Deflated, I coped by writing and drawing.

Fast forward 7 years, and I now have 2 beautiful children whom I love dearly.

My journey to becoming a mom has included infertility, breastfeeding challenges, postpartum depression and, like many moms, daily questioning how to integrate my family life and career.

I kept it secret, but when I finally summoned the courage to share my struggles, I always felt less alone.

Applying 15 years of experience in user research and design, I illustrate affirmations and reflections on modern motherhood & collaborate with non-profits and brands to help them further connect with and support their audience.

My hope is to continue to fill the void of times when we’re not sure what to say or how to support someone: loss, divorce, mental health struggles. In a fast-paced digital world where everything feels ephemeral, having a tangible, handwritten card can mean so much.
